HEP offers two different types of training packages.

FULL SERVICE COACHING PLANS
Price Breakdown for Length of Packages:
All prices below are per month rates.

-Precise Blood Lactate test to determine training zones. ($100 fee required for test, payable to BCSM) -Long term custom designed season training plan
-Specific personal weekly training plan -Unlimited e-mail and phone calls to discuss training progress and any questions
-Ability to change your master and weekly plan based on your needs (please note that larger changes may require a new master plan at a rate of $50.00/ hour)
-Plans that are personally designed with your lifestyle in mind
-Plan monitoring and feedback
-Full service plans are ideal for athletes doing long distance races like Ironman, Ironman 70.3, Olympic Distance Triathlons, Marathons, Longer Distance Bike Races, or for those who are new to endurance sports.

-Plans are fully customizable to your ability level, goals and lifestyle
-The entire training plan is given to you at once, .
-Take and GO! Plans are ideal for athletes doing shorter distance races like 5k’s, 10k’s, half marathons and Marathons, or shorter distance cycling races.

Note: Any athlete can add one on one coaching at a rate of $50.00/ hour. And also that a mileage fee of 20 cents per mile may apply.

Form Evaluation:
Evaluate your running or swimming form and determine areas for improvement.

Nutritional Consultations:
Evaluate your current nutritional needs for daily food consumption as well as training and racing nutritional plans.

Personal Race Strategy:
Discuss strategy for race day and all the details that need to be addressed before the race.

Personal Training Log Spreadsheet:
HEP's training log spreadsheet supplied to you for feedback on your daily training activities.

Revised Master Plan:
Additional adjustments to your Master Plan will be charged at the hourly rate.

Bike Maintenance:
Preparation for bike transport via Bike Case for flight travel.
